When this highly successful land developer approached us to design a website for their latest acreage homesite community in beautiful woods north of Houston, we jumped at the challenge. You can't sell plots without promoting the natural beauty of this private acreage community near the Sam Houston National Forest.
They wanted a simple parallax one page scrolling website that had as much useful information on the first page as possible. We turned one section into a land sale landing page which was also adapted for use as a direct eblast to promote their sales events.
