Master Site Plan & Golf Course Design

This master-planned community between the ocean and the intracoastal waterway in Boca Raton, Florida was one of the largest and most complex plans we've ever created. Their original plan was hand drawn and painted dating back to the 1980's so it was time for a major upgrade.
The developer was also in the process of redesigning their 18-hole golf course so it was the perfect time to create a digital version of the site plan based upon the new engineering plans. This client wanted a lot of detail work so we ended up drawing the yacht club, two clubhouses and the entire golf course in vector detail.
To date, redGiant Creative has created over 1,500 colorized site plan drawings for dozens of homebuilders and land developers across the country.
