When LGI Development approached us with the concept of selling acreage plots online, we initially thought they were crazy...until we really thought through the entire process and determined it wasn't so nuts after all.
This Outer Banks acreage community almost sells itself, but they needed a slick way of doing this online quickly and efficiently. After using a hydraulic lift to photograph every plot from the air and convert those into individual property shots, we tied each of them into a custom database and started selling. The result was overwhelmingly successful and we introduced a new way of selling land for a satisfied customer.
This project included overall visual design, website architecture and the implementation of a proprietary online purchasing system entirely unique to this client.
